Ingredients
*6 oz. low-fat cream cheese at room temperature *1 C. unsalted butter at room temperature *2 C. unbleached flour *1/2 tsp. sea salt
Directions
Mix cream cheese and butter together until well blended. Add flour and salt, then mix well. Gently knead dough, then form into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap and let dough sit for 15 minutes in a cool place. |
