This is a kind of beefy Mexican casserole!

Ingredients

*3 C. shredded beef
*1 bottle Italian salad dressing
*1 C. cooked garbanzo beans
*1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
*1 C. canned jalapenos
*2 avocados
*1 bunch parsley

Directions

Arrange the beef in a 9x11-inch casserole dish.  Marinate with salad dressing, cover, and refrigerate overnight.  Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Drain garbanzo beans. Shred cheese.  Drain chili peppers and cut into 1/4-inch pieces.  Remove skin and pit from avocado and cut into 1/2-inch slices.  Remove stems from parsley and roughly chop leaves.  Spread layers over beef in this order: garbanzo beans, cheese, jalapenos, avocados, and parsley. Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
