Ingredients
*1 lb. unsalted hulled pumpkin seeds *1 C. sweetened condensed milk *3 1/2 C. confectioners' sugar
Directions
Grind pumpkin seeds finely. Mix seeds with condense milk and 3 cups confectioners' sugar. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining sugar. Place on wax paper on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set. |
