Mexican Hot Chocolate PDF Print E-mail

This simple, two-ingredient hot chocolate recipe is a little bit spicy.

Ingredients

*4 C. whole milk
*one 3.3-oz. disk Mexican chocolate, finely chopped

Directions

Heat milk and chocolate in a large saucepan until steamy and chocolate melts.  Do not boil.  Remove from heat and use a wire whisk to froth the hot chocolate.  Pour into mugs and serve.
