Hidden Valley Skillet Fajitas PDF Print E-mail

Cooking in ranch seasoning, the steak for these fajitas is superb.


Ingredients

* 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
* 2 Tbs. olive oil
* 1 Tbs. water
* 1-1/2 lb. beef flank steak, cut into strips
* 3 C. assorted bell pepper and onion strips
* 4 (10") flour tortillas, warmed
* guacamole, salsa, sour cream (optional)

Directions

Combine seasoning and salad dressing mix with oil and water. Sauté steak strips in dressing mixture. Add peppers and onions; cook until tender-crisp. Place mixture in tortillas. Add optional fillings, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
