My absolute favorite dip!
Ingredients
*2 lg. ripe avocados *1 med. tomato *1 sm. yellow onion *1/2 C. canned jalapeno peppers *1 Tbs. lime juice *1 tsp. salt *1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Cut avocados in half lengthwise and pry out pits. Remove the peels and cut avocados into 1-inch pieces. Mash with a fork. Cut tomato into 1/2-inch pieces. Remove skin from onion and cut into 1/4-inch pieces. Drain off liquid from jalapeno peppers and cut peppers into 1/4-inch pieces. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
