Mexican Baby-Back Ribs PDF Print E-mail

The mixture of seasonings that coat these ribs combine wonderfully to create an unforgettable dish!

Ingredients

*2 Tbs. salt
*2 Tbs. pepper
*2 Tbs. granulated garlic
*2 Tbs. dried oregano
*2 racks baby back ribs
*3 C. salsa roja
*1/2 C. honey

Directions

Prepare a medium-hot fire in your grill.  Combine salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano.  Season ribs all over with mixture.  Brush the ribs with half the salsa roja.  Grill, turning often, until the meat begins to pull back from the ends of the bone, about 45 minutes.  Drizzle honey over ribs and continue to grill, turning often, for 15 more minutes.  Serve with the remaining salsa.
