Chorizo PDF Print E-mail

This spicy Mexican sausage is super easy to make!

Ingredients

*2 lbs. ground pork
*2 Tbs. paprika
*1 tsp. ground black pepper
*1 tsp. dried oregano
*1 tsp. ground cumin
*1/2 tsp. ground coriander seeds
*2/3 C. vinegar
*1 tsp. garlic powder
*2 Tbs. salt
*2 Tbs. cayenne pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Mix with your hands until all the ingredients are well blended. Place in an airtight container.  Refrigerate for at least 2 days. Form into patties for frying.
