Mango Salsa PDF Print E-mail

My favorite mango salsa tops a whole-wheat tortilla bowl filled with chunks of chicken breast. What a nutritious and delicious meal.


Ingredients

* 1 large mango, finely diced
* 2 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
* ½ small red onion, finely chopped
* 1 medium avocado, chopped
* 1 medium lime, juiced
* 1 Tbs. jalapeno pepper, minced
* ¼ C. cilantro, minced
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
