Fruit and Nut Salsa PDF Print E-mail

Salsa or dessert?  You decide.

Ingredients

*1/4 C. golden raisins
*1/4 C. dried apples
*1/4 C. prunes
*1/4 C. dried apricots
*1/4 C. dried pears
*1/4 C. dried peaches
*1/4 C. pecans
*1 sm. green onion
*1 C. dry white wine

Directions

Cut all fruits into 1/4-inch pieces.  Chop pecans into 1/4-inch pieces, as well.  Peel green onion and remove roots, then chop the onion and stem into 1/4-inch pieces.  Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Mix well so the wine covered everything.  Cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours before serving.
