Salsa with Garlic PDF Print E-mail

This salsa is packed with healthful garlic! Ingredients

*20 garlic cloves
*1 sm. white onion
*2 med. red tomatoes
*1 fresh serrano pepper
*3 lemons
*1/2 C. fresh parsley leaves
*1/2 tsp. salt
*1/2 tsp. ground pepper
*1/2 tsp. paprika
*1 Tbs. dried oregano
*1/2 C. olive oil

Directions

Peel and mince garlic and onion.  Cut tomatoes into 1/4-inch pieces.  Remove the stem and seeds from the serrano and cut into 1/4-inch pieces.  Juice the lemons.  Cut off the stems from the parsley and mince the leaves.  Combine all ingredients; mix well.  Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours before using.
