This tastes great on tacos!
Ingredients
*1 med. jicama *1 lg. orange *1 sm. yellow onion *1 Tbs. lemon juice *1 tsp. salt *1 tsp. medium-hot red chili powder *1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
Wash, pare, and chop jicama into 1/2-inch chunks. Pare and section the orange, reserving the juice. Peel onion and cut into 1/8-inch pieces. Combine orange and jicama in a medium-sized bowl. Pour the orange juice over the mixture. Add the onion, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle with chili powder and oregano before serving.
