* 1 can refried beans * 1 pt. sour cream * 1 container guacamole dip * 1 sm. can chopped green chilies * 1 sm. can sliced or chopped black olives * 1 lg. tomato, diced * 1 bunch green onions, diced * 1 lg. jar of picante sauce (mild, med, or hot as desired) * 2 C. grated cheddar cheese * (Reserve 1 Tbs. of chilies and olives to garnish the top of cheese)
Directions
Layer all ingredients in the order listed in large glass dish, such as 9x13-inch baking dish. Reserve about a Tbs. of green onions and olives to sprinkle on top of the cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and chill, preferable overnight, or at least 4 hours. Serve with dipping chips.
