This is a great party dish, serve it with Guacamole and tortillia or corn chips to use for dipping. Ingredients

* 2 lbs. refried beans
* 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
* 1 med. jar Taco Sauce (hot or mild)
* 1 lb. ground beef
* 2 med. onions, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1 sm. can green chillies
* 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
* 1 lg. tomato, chopped
* Thinly shredded lettuce

Directions

Heat refried beans with half pound Monterey Jack cheese and half jar taco sauce. Spread on bottomof 13x9x2 inch dish. Brown beef with 1 onion, garlic, green chillies and drain. Spread this mixture over beans then add the rest of the taco sauce. Top casserole with the rest of the onion, tomato, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Bake, covered for 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
