You'll be in heaven when you taste this soup.
Ingredients
*4 lg. tomatoes *1 sm. yellow onion *1 green bell pepper *2 stalks celery *2 med. carrots *4 C. canned condensed tomato soup *2 Tbs. olive oil *2 Tbs. white wine vinegar *2 tsp. salt *1 tsp. ground black pepper *1 med. cucumber
Directions
Peel tomatoes and cut into quarters. Remove skin from the onion and cut into quarters. Remove stem and seeds from the green pepper and cut into quarters. Peel carrots and cut into quarters. Remove leaves from celery and cut into quarters. Combine 2 cups of tomato soup, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and half of vegetables in a blender. Pour into a bowl. Repeat with remaining tomato soup and vegetables. Combine with previous mixture. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Cut cucumbers into thin slices and place on top right before serving.
