10-Minute Tacos PDF Print E-mail

This recipe makes 10 quick and easy tacos. For something different try using the chicken taco mixture in a cold taco salad.

Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) bag diced chicken tenderloins, thawed
1 (1.5 oz) pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. flour tortillas
2 C. shredded lettuce
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salsa and plain yogurt

Directions

In a medium saucepan combine chicken, taco seasoning mix and the amount of water as indicated on the package of taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warmed flour tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.
